We are committed to research and development of high-drawing and precision stamping dies for automotive seat system, exhaust recycling system, and powertrain system such as for seat?tracks, recliners, and safety buckles, as well as technologies & products of the high precision dies for high-precision motor core, connectors and terminals, chip encapsulation and etc.
Our high precision seat track dies, which operates fully automatically and can replace imported dies of similar kind, are machined according to advanced design of die structure in the world.
The punching speed of our high-precision terminal connector dies is over 1,200 strokes per minute (SPM) with design of A & B dies in which the workpiece is electroplated (gold or silver) after blanking in die A and twisted in die B. At least 30% of electroplating costs can be saved with our dies.
Our highly efficient high-drawing progressive dies that are applied to automobile parts, motor and battery industries are rather complex in terms of structure and design and quality of products made out of our dies is excellent. Our dies have changed the way of production by realizing full automation with only one die and one press, which enhances not only efficiency and quality of products but also avoids potential production and safety risks.
Our mechatronical high-precision die for motor core is a multi-station progressive die made of cemented carbide with automatic lamination. The precision of this die reaches 1μm; progression precision is as much as 2μm; precision of die piece assembling is 1μm; precision of double rotation is 1’;and roughness of surface is up to Ra0.10μm.
